The upside is there IA a homemade bodice back piece with the pattern, that appears to be well done.
5 Side Front of Skirt has several large rips, but still usable. All the skirt panels have been cut to a shorter length, and the cut pieces are missing. There is age spotting throughout all the pattern pieces, and envelope.The instructions are provided inside the envelope. Despite its flaws, it does have much life left, considering it's age. 1946 McCall Printed Dress Pattern #6608. The instructions have a couple rips, but still usable. The pattern pieces are in overall good usable condition. The envelope has much wear, tear, and chew holes throughout. 1940s Simplicity Unprinted Two-Piece Dress Pattern #4736.

MISSING: E Back Facing and M Neck Trim.
All the other pieces are present with the instructions, and in overall good usable condition. The instructions have lots of little chew holes throughout, but are still usable, and can be easily read.
5 Side Front Bodice has a repair that was well done. 4 Front Bodice Panel has an old tape repair that is slightly sticky, and caused damage to itself. It can still be used, and is a good reference to be retraced. There are age spots throughout the Pattern pieces.
Still lots of life left with this pattern. There are a few small tears, and H the skirt panel has a tattered top edge, but still usable. There are two holes in the Instructions, but still usable.
1940s Vogue Unprinted Blouse Pattern #9124. MISSING: S Belt and R Cuff. All the other pieces are present.
